Overview
BillingBird is a mobile-first invoicing app for freelancers, contractors, and small service businesses. It handles clients, invoices, receipts, payments, templates, and expense reports — the whole paper trail — in one app, on your phone.
What it does
- Create and send professional PDF invoices in seconds, with line items, categories, and tax rules.
- Scan paper receipts with your camera and attach them to a client or expense report.
- Track payments, partial payments, and outstanding balances.
- Maintain a clean client directory with notes, default rates, and contact history.

How your data is stored
BillingBird stores everything in a local on-device database. If you want your records on more than one device, you can enable optional sync via Apple iCloud or Google Drive. In that case your data is encrypted in transit and kept in your own cloud account — DeadStick Digital does not operate a server that can read your BillingBird data. Accessibility
