Every email sent to DeadStick Digital is answered by a human — usually the one who wrote the code. We aim to reply within one business day (Mon–Fri, US Mountain Time).

Fastest path: email contact@deadstick.us with your device (e.g. “iPhone 15, iOS 18.2”), the app and version, and a short description of what went wrong. Screenshots help a lot.

Frequently asked questions

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by the respective platform. On Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. On Google Play, open the Play Store app → Menu → Account → Purchase history. If the platform denies a request you believe is reasonable, write to contact@deadstick.us and we will help.

Do you collect my data?

No. See our Privacy Policy for the full details. The short version: we do not operate analytics or advertising SDKs, we do not maintain user accounts, and our apps keep your data on your own devices by default.

I reported a bug. When will it be fixed?

If you've reported a bug by email, we'll acknowledge it within one business day and, once we've reproduced it, we'll give you an estimate. Most non-blocking bugs ship in the next point release; security-relevant issues are patched faster.

Will my purchase carry forward to future versions?

Yes. When we release a major update to an app you have already paid for, we do not force you to pay again for functionality you already owned. If we ever introduce a new tier with new features, the features you previously had remain available to you.

How can I report a security issue?

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it privately to contact@deadstick.us. Do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond. We will acknowledge your report within one business day.

End-User License Agreement

Your use of any DeadStick Digital app is governed by our Terms of Service, together with the platform-specific license that applies to how you obtained it:

  • Apple App Store. Apps installed from the Mac App Store or iOS App Store are additionally subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
  • Google Play Store. Apps installed from Google Play are additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
  • Direct download (Windows & macOS). Builds downloaded from deadstick.us are governed solely by our Terms of Service. Installing the software means you accept those terms.

You accept the applicable agreement(s) by installing the app.
